I hadn't been to this venue in years. It was very organized. The opened the gate exactly on time and they made accommodations as necessary. The concert started on time. I felt safe and all of the staff was very nice.

Went to Chris Stapleton’s show last night and while the concert itself was amazing, the venue experience was not. The security team was very lax in enforcing people to stay out of the aisles which blocked the view of the stage for those who had seats in the area. Multiple requests were made to security to step in to the various confrontations which were happening left and right. In essence, you could buy a $40 lawn and garden ticket and pile up in the covered $200 seats; I would not recommend this venue unless there were serious changes with the security actually doing their job.

If you are short, just know that the seats are not graded, there is very little slope if any at all and you will NOT be able to see anything. I tried to stand in the aisle near my seat just a little ways, not blocking the aisle at all and was screamed at by security guards to stop blocking the aisle. They had zero pitty that I had no view. The security guard shrugged her shoulders when I told her I couldn't see and walked away. At other venues in the past security guards have helped me out by asking people to give me some room or letting me stand somewhere I could see better(with-in reason), but not here. Don't waste your money on tickets here if you are short.

Don’t believe I’d ever book another concert at this venue. Entry lines were very disorganised, and it was horribly hot! Food was very expensive and not all that good. Very little security overseeing the crowd. We had reserved seating, but it may as well have been standing room only because people stood the whole time! But the worst thing of all was the sound system! They never got the singing synchronised with the mic, so it appeared that the artist was lip syncing the entire time 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Employee's are very rude
Need to train them on how to talk to costumers
The place is unorganized
Supposed to start at 630pm
Didn't start until 8pm

Saturday, May 6, 2023 After the Santana Concert

The concert was over.

The security person told me to leave, and as I was going to tell her that I could not walk that fast because I have an injury; she just launched at me and stated to push me and another security person came from behind and grab me by the shoulders and jerked me from side to side. I informed her that I could not walk that fast and she just answered “I’ll help you” started pushing me all the way to the stairs from row G of section 101 wile saying “Come on Spic!”

In other concerts when is time to leave I just tell the security guard about my condition (I can not walk fast because of my injury) there is no problem he just lets me weight that the crowd leaves so that is safe for me to walk my way out.

I just trying to communicate this unfortunate incident for proper authorities to address the situation and prevent of people getting injured by just treating the costumer with some dignity not like cattle by pushing and calling derogatory names.

Great outdoor concert venue with a good selection of concessions! Needs better airflow though as people have passed out at summer concerts that I’ve seen.

I was not allowed to bring a towel into the venue!!! While I was waiting in line to get into the venue, one of the staff members outside told me that blankets were not allowed to be brought into the venue!!! I showed him that I had a towel not a blanket and was still denied!!!
Their policy clearly states that blankets are allowed, even encouraged, for you to bring to sit on the lawn!!!
When I got inside there were a number of people who had blankets inside the venue!!! Towels are not specifically mentioned in the policy!!!
I was also informed by the staff member outside that I could get a towel inside the venue!!! This proved to be untrue as no one inside the venue had ever heard of such a thing!!!
This is unacceptable when one of the staff members will not abide by the venue's policy and instead enforce his own rules without authority!!! Especially since other staff members apparently did allow blankets to be brought inside the venue!!!

Great venue for music. It is outside so summers can be brutal, even with fans. Good selection of seats under cover and a large lawn.

The Halsey concert was aweful. She spoke about herself for about an hour, went on a political rampage at the end of the concert.

She paced back and forth on the stage as if she was on something.

Sad that she couldn't just go on stage and sing for the whole concert.

Dos Equis and Live Nation do a better job with bringing good artist to Dallas.
